The Good Flour Co. was founded by Chef Jen Peters and Chef Hamid Salimian after Jen found out she was gluten intolerant. Jen wasn’t ready to give up her favorite foods and she knew she wasn’t about to compromise taste by using inadequate alternatives. Meticulous research and years of tests and experiments resulted in the duo creating The Good Flour Co.’s staple product – 1:1 All-Purpose Flour. Not only does their All-Purpose Flour bring the same great taste and texture as regular flour, but it’s a breeze to use. No need for annoying math equations and failed cooking experiments!
For almost 10 years following this initial breakthrough, Jen and Hamid created a range of products for easier gluten-free cooking and baking. Their line-up has expanded beyond their 1:1 All-Purpose Flour to include Fish Batter Mix, Pancake and Waffle Mix, Vanilla Bean Cake Mix, Pizza and Pasta Flour, Fried Chicken Mix, and more!
Besides being gluten-free, The Good Flour Co.’s products are also allergen-free, additive-free, and xanthan-free. All products are made from superfood grains, preserving the great taste you want while also being healthier. The Good Flour Co’s All Purpose Flour is high in fiber and potassium while remaining low-sodium.
